I made these last night and MR couldn't stop eating them! They are perfect for the turning weather and are a great appetizer or would go particularly well paired with salmon.
I'm not always big on exact measurements.
Caramelized Autumn Brussel Sprouts
- Halve your brussels and place them center down in a cast iron skillet {butter your skillet beforehand}
- Combine ingredients for your glaze
- a couple tablespoons of honey
- a couple tablespoons soy sauce
- a spoonful of minced garlic
- red pepper flakes to taste {I used a nickel sized squirt of Sriracha for kick}
3. Once the brussels are turning a nice golden brown underneath brush on your glaze
4. Leave on the stove top 3-5 more minutes
5. Enjoy! B'tayavon!!!
