Call Me Late to the Game...
But flank steak has become a new staple in the MR house. It is inexpensive, easy, and quick! I have playing with different marinades, and I'm sure there will be more than a few upturned noses, but I am loving taco seasoning. I marinate overnight, toss on the skillet, and voila- deelish. Served up with some sautéed veggies, and we're in heaven. Flank steak is also fairly lean which we were thrilled to learn as we are trying to shed some lbs to be bathing suit ready for our New Years cruise. If flank teak isn't a regular in your repertoire, give it a shot! Play around with marinades but of course, a simple salt and pepper works perfectly!
